This is an easy Korean-style chicken and rice dish you can make at home.

Ingredients
- 600g boneless chicken thigh
- Rice cakes (tteok), optional
- 2 green chilies (or any spicy chili)
- Sesame seeds
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Stevia, to taste (instead of sugar)
- 2 tbsp Korean chili flakes
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp allulose (instead of corn syrup)
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
How to Make
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Cook the chicken skin-side down until golden and crispy. Flip once and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Add rice cakes, pour in the sauce, add sliced chilies, and cook until everything is well coated.
- Finish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
