Today, I tried something a little different from the classic Korean fish bread.
Instead of the usual batter, I used salt bread dough — and yes, it works surprisingly well.

The outside turns out crispy and golden, while the inside stays soft, fluffy, and buttery.


This version is filled with chocolate, so once it starts cooking, the smell is already irresistible.

It’s not traditional fish bread, but that’s what makes it fun.
Same fish-shaped mold, completely different texture and vibe.

Perfect as a snack, dessert, or something special to try at home if you love experimenting with bread dough.
