All recipes are easy, quick, and made with simple ingredients.
1.Shin Ramyun Toowoomba Style
Ingredients
- 1 pack Shin Ramyun
- Onion (sliced)
- Sausage
- 350 ml milk
- 1/2–2/3 of the soup base
- Chili flakes
- Black pepper
- Cheese (optional)
How to Make
- Add oil to a pan and stir-fry the onion and sausage.
- Pour in 350 ml of milk and bring to a boil.
- Add the noodles and cook until tender.
- Add half to two-thirds of the soup base and adjust the seasoning.
- Finish with chili flakes, black pepper, and cheese.
Creamy, spicy, and comforting.
2. Shin Ramyun Abura Soba
(Kayoung Kim–style recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 pack Shin Ramyun
- 1/3 of the soup base
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Dried seaweed flakes
- Green onion
- Egg
How to Make
- Cook the noodles and drain well.
- In a bowl, mix the soup base, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil.
- Add the noodles and mix thoroughly.
- Top with seaweed flakes, green onion, and an egg.
No broth, just bold umami flavor.
3. Garlicky Shin Ramyun (Creamy & Spicy)
Ingredients
- 1 pack Shin Ramyun
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
(½ tbsp recommended if you’re sensitive to garlic)
- 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 of the soup base
- Green onion
- Egg yolk only
- A splash of noodle cooking water
How to Make
- In a bowl, add garlic, mayonnaise, green onion, and egg yolk only.
- Add half of the soup base and mix well.
- Add cooked noodles and a small splash of noodle water.
- Mix until creamy and smooth.
Rich, garlicky, and seriously addictive.
